HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED? 

​

Usually an order is prepared and deposited at the post office within 5 days maximum. However, as the only one to manage the store, these delays may fluctuate depending on the number of pending orders.

​

Regarding delivery times, letters and parcels are sent with a standard shipment and will be delivered according to the Swiss Post deadlines. A tracking number will be communicated to you by email.

 

BY WHICH CARRIER ARE THE ORDERS SENT?

​

All envelopes and parcels are sent via the Swiss Post.

​

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?

​

I can't guarantee that I'll be able to make changes to your order as I start working on your order as soon as it is placed but please contact me at shop.kaiflyn@gmail.com and I'll do my best!

RETURN POLICY

I am unable to offer returns, exchanges or cancellations at this time but if there are any problems with your order please don't hesitate to contact me at shop.kaiflyn@gmail.com

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED / NOT ARRIVED. WHAT CAN I DO?

​

Unfortunately, I do not have control over the sorting centers and the Post Office. In case the order is damaged via a third party or has not arrived at its destination, I am not responsible for it. However these situations remain extremely rare and if it is the case send me an email to contact shop.kaiflyn@gmail.com so that we can find a solution together.

I also invite you to consult the internet page of the Swiss post office which contains all the necessary information regarding the deterioration or loss of a shipment. 

​

Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is correct as I can not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. Refused shipments will not be issued a refund as the package won't be returned to me. 

​

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

​

Orders are wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a cardboard envelope to preserve the item as it is sent to your mailbox!

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order as buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
